Miami, FL (June 28, 2021) – A car accident resulted in injuries and traffic delays in the early morning hours of June 28. The wreck occurred between two vehicles at around 6:30 a.m., according to reports.
Sources indicate that the accident happened on State Route 836 near Northwest 107th Avenue. Two vehicles were badly damaged and one was flipped over onto its side at the scene. Paramedics, police, and fire crews were dispatched to the site of the wreck in order to assist those with injuries.
The total number of injured victims has not been reported at this time. Police in Miami continue to investigate. Westbound State Road 836 was shut down at Northwest 107th for an extended period of time on the morning of June 28.
Crews worked to clear the scene for several hours, forcing local drivers to find alternative travel routes for the time being. Nothing further has been reported.
