A car crash can be life-altering, stressful, and overwhelming. However, it does not have to define you, or your future. Many auto collisions are the result of the negligent actions of careless and reckless motorists. Sadly, some drivers have little to no regard for the safety of others on the roadway and are constantly placing innocent individuals at risk. If you have been hurt in a crash with a negligent driver, you have important legal rights under Florida law. For example, you could be entitled to receive compensation for your injuries and losses, including your pain and suffering, medical expenses, lost wages, and potentially more. It is important to receive the compensation you deserve so that you can get the treatment you need and get back on your feet faster.
An auto accident in Florida reportedly takes place approximately once every 87 seconds or more than 1,000 times per day. This is equal to more than 400,000 collisions per year. Car accidents in Florida can result in serious or even debilitating injuries for victims. Those involved in serious Florida auto crashes may even lose their lives, depending on the severity of the incident.
