Fort Lauderdale, FL (November 04, 2021) – Three people died during a multi-vehicle collision on Interstate 595 near Fort Lauderdale on Wednesday, November 3rd.
The crash involved at least five vehicles and took place in the westbound lanes of I-595, in the area of US-1, at about 10:00 p.m.
Three people died at the scene.
A Broward Sheriff’s Office deputy was involved in the pile-up. They were transported by paramedics to a local hospital with injuries believed to be non-critical.
