Aventura, FL (October 17, 2021) – An auto accident with injuries took place on 95 Express North in Aventura on October 17. Drivers in the area were forced to find alternative travel routes while the scene remained active with responders.
The incident caused injuries to at least one person who was found at the scene shortly after 11:00 a.m. on Sunday. Injured parties were treated on-site before being transported to local hospitals for further care.
How and why the collision happened remains under police investigation. All traffic on 95 Express North near Hallandale Beach Boulevard was blocked for several hours while crews worked to secure the scene.
The Florida Highway Patrol continues to investigate the circumstances of the wreck. Nothing further has currently been reported.
