Lake Worth Beach, FL (October 20, 2021) – A man from Lake Worth Beach is currently facing a DUI manslaughter charge after he caused a fatal traffic accident that took the life of Damian Martinez, 48, of Palm Beach Shores.
Information from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office stated that Sebastian Pascual Ramirez caused the death of Martinez in the wreck that happened on 10th Avenue North. Ramirez also faces a count of driving without a license.
Police arrested Ramirez and took him into custody early Saturday. He appeared in court Sunday at the Palm Beach County Jail and is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail. No further information has been reported concerning the nature of the accident or the surrounding details at this time.
