Miami, FL (October 31, 2021) – All lanes of a roadway in Miami-Dade were blocked after an injury accident occurred on the afternoon of October 31. The wreck was reported to officials in the area around 1:44 p.m.
Sources indicate that the accident took place on Southwest 132nd Avenue near Southwest 44th Lane for reasons still under police investigation. At least one person involved in the crash suffered serious injuries.
Paramedics assisted injured parties on-site before transporting those in need of further medical care to area hospitals for treatment. Few details are currently available concerning the nature of the accident, though initial reports indicated that at least two cars collided on the eastbound side of the highway in the incident.
Miami police officers continue to investigate and have not provided further information.
