Miami, FL (September 28, 2021) – Firefighters received a report concerning a pedestrian-involved crash that occurred on a roadway in Miami on September 28. At around 9:00 a.m., emergency crews were dispatched to the scene to provide aid to the injured victim.
Upon their arrival at the scene, located on Southwest 162nd Avenue near Southwest 88th Street, paramedics found that a pedestrian had sustained injuries when they were struck by a vehicle. The factors contributing to the cause of the incident have not been reported at this time.
EMTs treated the injured party at the scene before transporting them to a local hospital for further care. The area where the collision took place was closed while local first responders were present.
