Head-On Accidents in Florida
An overwhelming percentage of head-on crashes are caused by the at-fault driver going the wrong way. Our Florida car accident lawyers can help establish liability by examining the police report, questioning eyewitnesses, and gathering other vital details from the accident scene.
Some of the most frequent causes of head-on collisions in Florida include:
- Distracted drivers
- Limited visibility
- Bad road conditions
- Disregarding traffic signs
- Driving while intoxicated
- Aggressive driving
Speeding is another important factor in the severity of a head-on accident. The faster the involved vehicles are going, the heavier the damages are going to be.
Each of these elements is capable of causing a catastrophic head-on crash, which can result in drivers experiencing fractured bones, neck or head injuries, spinal cord damage, internal bleeding, or spinal cord injuries, and even death.
